What do I get when I order from Kustomb?

Top quality, name-brand shoes such as Nike, Vans and Converse.
High quality acrylic paint, specifically made for fabric and leather.
A detailed art piece, personalized to you. (Each pair usually takes about two-five hours to complete.)

How long will it take to get to me?

Each product is carefully hand painted, and made on a "first-come-first-served" basis.

The current wait time is about 6 weeks till your order is shipped

*I'm just a person like you, and sometimes unexpected life events can cause a delay. I will always do my best to communicate with you when they do. Thank you for understanding!

Will the paint chip off?

We only use high quality paint specifically made for canvas and leather shoes.

The shoes are then finished with a clear varnish to ensure protection.

Do you ever have sales on your products?

Yes, depending holidays and other special events. Follow our social media for updates!

Can I send you some shoes I already have for you to customize?

Yes of course! To do so, fill out the "custom product order form" and we will stay in touch through email to make sure you are satisfied with your order.

What If I am unhappy with my order?

If you are unsatisfied, please email me so we can discuss how to send back your shoes so I can make any changes for you, unfortunately there are no refunds or returns but I'm aways happy to do free touchups if needed or fix the issue you are having with the shoe.
